Description:NMC is looking for a Regional Sales Manager (Agriculture) for Omaha, NE. Seeking a motivated self-starter that is interested in a career with a growing company. This position reports to the Director, Agricultural Sales, Nebraska Machinery Company.

Duties:• Is responsible for sales management of AGCO, Claas, Lexion, Kinze and other agriculture equipment products in Eastern Nebraska.
• Must be able to supervise and motivate field Territory Sales Managers.
• Is accountable for profitability, market share and growth of region.
• Needs to have significant knowledge of agricultural machinery and purchasing trends in Nebraska.
• Must demonstrate a complete understanding of sales programs and finance plans in agricultural markets.
• Develops and execute sales plans, identifying success factors and corresponding actions with a complete understanding of the agriculture market.
• Achieves results and sustain sales growth despite changing market conditions.
• Should be accustomed to responsibilities including inventory management, used equipment valuation, financial statement analysis.
• Will represent NMC to its customers, future prospects, and key influencers to promote business growth and successful results.
Qualifications:•3-5 years industry agricultural sales experience required. We will train the right person.
•Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA a plus
•Must be able to coordinate activities with other Regional Manager.
•Previous experience managing subordinates at multiple locations.
•Strong motivation, communication, and inter-personal skills required.
•Capable of thinking outside the box.
•Must be an individual of high integrity and ethics.
•Up to 50% travel possible in and out of region.
