Description:Calculate and report commission information for NMC sales personnel and process machine invoicing as needed.
Duties:1. Calculate, process and report sales commissions to Management and Human Resources
2. Process, print and mail machine invoices to customers
3. Create and process internal reports for management and others
4. Maintain machine titles and MCOs
5. Resolves questions and disputes with invoices and commissions.
6. Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:1.Excellent customer service skills
2.Excellent oral and written communication skills
3.Must be extremely detail oriented
4.Skill in using mathematics to solve problems for commission and sales tax purposes.
5.Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word and Outlook
6.Good listening skills in order to resolve questions and disputes with invoices and commission issues.
7.Strong analytical skills
8.The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
9.Well developed interpersonal skills and ability to establish positive working relationships
10.Ability to solve problems and make decisions

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 3-5 years of experience with the above listed job functions.
