Description:To promote parts to all customers by providing excellent customer service
Duties:1. Provide excellent customer service to inside and outside customers needing parts
2. Fill and put together customer and shop parts orders
3. Assemble new hydraulic hoses and repair old ones
4. Pull, coordinate, and schedule freight shipments.
5. Ship out and receive parts customer orders
6. Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
7. Process and locate stock order parts
8. Inspect and process reman, warranty parts, and returns
9. Assist customers and shop with parts look up and parts orders
10. Inventory control and organization
11. Train and oversee new employees
Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalency required. College or applicable education preferred. Two years parts, sales or counter experience required. Good communication skills and ability to handle technician complaints skillfully required. Warehouse experience preferred.

Knowledge and use of Microsoft computer products or other comparable systems required. Performs all duties in alignment with NMC core values, mission and vision. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with others to include customers, vendors, employees and the public. Ability to work a flexible schedule with rotating on-call weekends required. Ability to work overtime with minimum notice required.
